Je voulais savoir la possibilité d’embaucher les fraîchement diplômés d’une grande école d’ingénieurs, et qui résident à l’étranger, vu les circonstances sanitaires actuelles.

Au sein d’Almond, notre vision veut que les talents n’aient pas de nationalité. Nous appliquons donc bien évidemment ce principe pour notre recrutement, qui n’a pas de frontières. Vous pourrez donc constater qu’une multitude de collaborateurs ayant étudié à l’étranger font partie de nos équipes.

Cependant, le contexte actuel apporte son lot de conséquences et bouscule forcément les administrations nationales et nos habitudes. Aussi, nous pensons donc suspendre notre recrutement international à horizon fin 2020, en espérant que la situation sanitaire sera rétablie d’ici là.
