Contrat CDI et entretiens chez les clients

Bonjour,

Une fois le contrat CDI signé avec Almond, est-ce que le nouveau collaborateur passe d’autres entretiens chez les clients pour valider sa mission ? Ou bien vous disposez d’un service manager et les tâches se font dans les locaux de l’entreprise ?

Bonjour,

Cela dépend des envies du nouveau collaborateur : un point est organisé avec le manager afin d’échanger sur ses envies, ses compétences et les missions en cours. Suite à ce point, si les missions pouvant intéresser le collaborateur se font chez le client, un entretien est prévu avec le client et la préparation de celui-ci sera effectué par l’ingénieur d’affaires en charge du compte. Enfin, si les missions sont à effectuer dans les locaux d’Almond, il n’y aura pas d’entretien prévu.
